"Regulation on Participation in the Securities Settlement System of the Bank of Latvia", issued by the Council of the Bank of Latvia on 20 April 2009
1. The Regulation provides for the SWIFT message forms related to participation in the securities settlement system of the Bank of Latvia (Appendices 1-7).
2. The Regulation shall take effect on 1 June 2009.

Appendix 2 A statement on a participant's securities transfers
Appendix 3 An order to transfer securities to the LCD
