Data on the net issuance of euro banknotes and coins are cash circulation indicators characterising the amount of cash issued. The charts show the net issuance of banknotes and coins in the euro area and the net issuance of banknotes and coins by Latvijas Banka as at the end of each month.
Data on Latvia's cash in circulation reflect the distribution of the number of all euro banknotes and coins issued by Latvijas Banka by denomination since the euro changeover day, the amount of the banknotes processed, as well as the number and face value of the non-exchanged lats banknotes and coins.
