The Credit Register data on the website are entitled to receive

• Natural person about itself
• Legal person about itself
• About another person on the basis of a letter of attorney *

* representative shall upload the following documents regarding the right to receive the Credit Register data:

• representative of the natural person – a letter of attorney notarised with a secure electronic signature or a copy of such letter of attorney notarised or certified in an equivalent way with a secure electronic signature
• certified lawyer – warrant with secure electronis signature and letter of attorney
• an authorised representative of the legal person – a letter of attorney
• a custodian of the natural person – decision of the custody court on the custodian's appointment certified with a secure electronic signature or a copy of the decision notarised or certified in an equivalent way with a secure electronic signature

Credit Register data is downloadable as document with secure electronic signature of Latvijas Banka.

Latvijas Banka provides Credit Register data to a person as a registered mail delivery in any European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) country.

Latvijas Banka shall provide the Credit Register data within one business day after receiving a written application from the person and postal service fee to that effect.

Latvijas Banka shall send the Credit Register data to the person as a digitally signed document to the official e-address within one business day following the receipt of the written application.

E-mail is NOT official e-adress!

Latvijas Banka provides Credit Register data in person by prior appointment where the person has no possibility of obtaining data from the Credit Register remotely.

• a natural person or a representative of a legal person present a person's identity document (a passport or an identity card)
• an authorised representative of a natural person present a person's identity document and a letter of attorney, notarised or certified in an equivalent way
• certified lawyer present a person's identity document, warrant and a letter of attorney
• an authorised representative of a legal person present a person's identity document (a passport or an identity card) and a letter of attorney regarding the right to receive the Credit Register data
• the custodian present a person's identity document and a decision of the custody court on the custodian’s appointment

Latvijas Banka provides data immediately, but no later than within one business day following the receipt of a written application.
